Meet Your Instructor - Lois Payne

Lois Payne is a seasoned Health and Wellness Coach, as well as a Certified Professional Coach with the International Coach Federation. She has created workshops, retreats, lifestyle programs and worked individually with clients since 2014. She is also a HeartMath Clinical Practitioner and a Rapid Transformational hypnotherapist. She recently published her first book called, MY EMOJINAL INTELLIGENCE, an emotional resilience resource book. Along with being on the LPI faculty, she works as the health coach at one of the largest Functional Medicine clinics in the US, focusing predominantly on mental/emotional health practices. She is passionate about her work in maximizing the Functional Medicine process by partnering with patients to achieve their health objectives and deeply change their lives.
